A place of business is all about the people. People are the energy systems that flow through any organization, regardless of size. When the energy is flowing smoothly, people interact with ease and effectiveness. When people are out of balance with one another, energy blockages can occur which impact communication patterns, employee morale, customer service and overall productivity.
